This was one of our most challenging projects. When we first saw this back yard it was essentially unusable. It was on such an incline that the previous owners of the home never knew what to do with it. It required us to be very creative in the design and building process. Originally the design was multi-layered and complex, but then we simplified it into two levels. The end result is an extremely functional outdoor living space. We built a retaining wall to hold everything in place and added beautiful all-natural stone steps on the slope. We installed new french doors for outside access, a new paver patio, grill station, and a seat wall, perfect for any gathering. We also added some super fun features including a putting green, firepit area and spa.
